    2L should be 77-85. rockers, no shims. the valves are set the same for a 2L or 2L T. T just means turbo. you have a 2L. you just got the reinforced gasket for a turbo.

  6. the book says an engine casting number on the left side of the cylinder block, under the manifold. but i found a site to plug it into yet. you can email me the number and call the dealer monday.
