The forex is an international exchange where you buy and sell currencies of different countries.

Forex is what we call a "zero sum" game. You are making a bet with someone else about whether a currency will rise or fall. For every winner there has to be a loser. If you are than the average player, you may make money. If you are dumber than the average player, you are likely to lose money. Most of the people making the "bets" in Forex are highly trained professionals at banks and other institutions. You are unlikely to beat them at this game.

Actually Forex is not quite a zero sum game. a slightly negative sum game as the Forex broker takes a small percentage each time in the spread. a small amount but over a hundred trades, it ends up being a considerable amount of money. So the average player is likely to lose money, and remember the average player is a highly trained professional and probably than you.

There is a lot of luck in Forex, and if you have a dummy account, you will have some periods of time where you make money. This is usually because you are having a lucky streak, not because you have suddenly become an Forex player. However, most people are unwilling to admit their success is due to luck. They become convinced they have a system that works, and lose a lot of money trying to refine it.

complicating the problem is the large number of Forex scams on the internet. Most Forex websites are of questionable honesty. You will find many people on the Internet that claim they made a lot of money using Forex. They are usually liars trying to make money. They will say: "Go to Forexcrap . com/q2347." The "q2347" is a signal to the Forexcrap site that you are being referred to them by "q2347." If they sell something to you, "q2347" gets a kickback. These coded signals can be hidden by different methods in the link. Other people will refer you to their own private website or blog for the purpose of trying to get money off you. Also there are a good number of trolls out there that like to pretend they are successful forex traders just for the fun of it.

I would recommend not trying to do Forex at all, unless you are a trained professional. like playing poker with people better than you, with the house constantly taking a small percentage from the pot.

So basically, as long as you buy and download the expansion on the system you are going to be playing offline on, it will work.

The answer is stocks. REALLY HIGH HIGH HIGH risk stocks. Like Penny Stocks, New (newly listed companies), or Tech Companies that are about to release the newest gadgets. Things of that kind of nature.

Now be forewarned, I am in NO WAY, SHAPE, OR FORM recommending you invest like that. I would never in a million years advise my clients get into trading like that so I hope that you wont. As I said before, you will more than likely end up with far less money than you had out.

You need to learn a lot on how forex operates before you invest. First you need to know how the industry operates, know which strategies are the best to use, practice on some demo accounts, find a good broker, then invest. If you are a newbie. (and what sure you want to hear) is that the "Send License Key" option for the programs that require it (Elements and Painter) is only if you lose the email (or it gets intercepted by spam software) PRIOR to your Software Selection and Download. Once selected and downloaded it, if lost the keys (in this case due to reformatting) clicking on the "Send License Key" option in the Downloads area help you, as already selected and downloaded the programs. Yes, I agree it totally sucks; I real thrilled about that either.

However….

Having said that, if you downloaded Photoshop Elements and registered it on the Adobe site, then all you need to do is to login to your Adobe Account and click on "My Products", see the registered program along with its serial number. one great thing about Adobe; as long as you buy directly from them or register your stuff, they maintain a record of it. got stuff going back 11 years on the Adobe site.

the same with Corel Painter Sketch Pad; if you registered it on the Corel site, all you need to do is to login to Corel.com, and view your account; under the "Your Products" panel is a link for "View Registrations". Your registered program and its serial number will be shown there.

If you register either of them, not much you can do except spring for new copies. Wacom is essentially acting as a distributor of Adobe/Corel programs, not a vendor, so not in the license/serial number business past what they initially provide you, which comes from Adobe and Corel anyway.

I really hope you have better luck with your tablet; the Intuos4 is such a cool tablet to use.

So I went to the next most obvious place, the newspapers websites. You contact them, pay their outrageous fees and send them a copy of your FNBS filing you got from the office. They put the required wording in for you.

This statement must run in a newspaper in the county you are located and doing business in. I did a google search on "los angeles newspaper fnbs statement" and came up with quite a few links. The Argonaut paper charges you $150. The Malibu Times charges $75. You can also register through the chamber for $83.

1) Will you be the sole "Member" of the LLC or are there more members and;

2) If you will be the sole Member, does your State allow single-member (some states require at least 2 members)

If you have more than one Member, then the answer is likely YES.

Each state is different. need to contact your small business administration or what ever it is called in your state.

In California, I had to file a fictitious business name statement since my business name contain my real name.

Even a DBA (Doing Business As) will need your real name.
ie: John Doe, dba Acme Plumbing.

Also, look at your attorney web site, or call them, and ask. They will know.

You will also need to file a new ficticious business name statement showing the corp is now using the business name. also need to change your sellers permit with the Board of Equalization and possibly your state employer ID number.

Just remember you have to thin in multiple personalities. The corporation, you and the sole proprietor are all seperate entities. Do NOT mix and match assets or you may have problems.

So it depends what you want to do. Do you want to be an IT kind of guy helping folks out with database stuff, doing configurations, backups, SQL, customization, etc? That would be a DBA. Or do you want to write real applications that run on top of (or inside of) the database? With Oracle, that often means Java, but a healthy dose of SQL too. This would be a Developer.
